My journey inward continues changing outward perceptions. Reflections of new thought patterns, co-creating consciously. This mysterious awakening, consciously creating our world. A subjective process with only your heart and your Will to guide. Love and I have chosen each other. So gentle, so peaceful, so complete- yet unwavering, unconditional, ruthless compassion, everything screams beauty from behind a thin veil.
You come alive awakening to what has always been. Overlooked by untrained eyes, slavish in their perceptions. Not seen by blind eyes of sorrow, suffering and judgments.
The Light is your only guide showing the Path. There are no street signs to follow - just your Light seeking it's eternal source. Unity is reality. Love is the flavor.
For all living creations share this Light, here at our very true essence we are identical. The Life, the experiencer, the Love, the Eternal, The Creator.
Breath Deep. Be still. True gratitude for Being, as we all are. Sit still. observe your inner and your outer.
Don't drift. Your Mind is yours to master. There are no strangers here. Only strange thoughts. These bodies - illusions. Fences. Only 5% of what we are- physical mass. 95% space- as the atoms that compose us.
Breath deep. Let go. Surrender all that you think you are and identify with. No name, No gender, No past, No preconceptions, Feel......

My awareness grows
to the precious stone I am
timeless and pure, free from erosion.
Here Now- in a sea of emotional questions
Never lost - Never forgotten.
Brilliant reflections dance
as the Light of your Love touches me.
Submerged beneath
this fragile confusion of fearful thoughts.
Just to glimpse your radiance
burns away these illusions.
So that I might shine in You
leaving no shadows of doubt.
My inner vision, Now
Illuminates the Love I am.
Love you have given
with infinite freedom.
Breath into me,
filling my need to surface and Be.
The Light I Will to reflect
is the External Love You are.

THE PROCESS - NOTHING MORE NEEDED
I have come to understand; therefore, beginning to know......
The Process I have become consciously aware of, this process of awakening from within is the goal. Nothing need be done, no doing required. Simply be. Be aware of yourself within this natural process of evolution. Getting to know yourself, accepting yourself, loving.
I am filled with excitement and Love. How gloriously simple it is.
When your mind is quiet and still upon your request (the real you, you can feel the pull from within. Automatic.
We are destined to only LOVE.
But we must remember. We must get beyond our insistent thinking that has been culturally programmed, socially domesticated- not thru resistance or fighting it, or struggling with; rather an awakening to awareness of true joy and happiness as a wholly true ONE reality provided freely to all without exception - for eternity.
Forgiveness of yourself, and anything and everything outside of you without exception, will collapse time as we have come to live by it, without fear. You command your reality by looking within before you look outward. You connect your mind to your heart and feel your thoughts, creating the reality you choose to experience.
Fear has plagued our humanity for too long. Fear for survival, fear for protection, fear for equality, fear of others' perceptions, fear of status, fear for acceptance. Any form of Fear is merely a poor usage of your thoughts and a basic ignorance of your true perfectness. The Life that you are is forever, without flaw, fearless. We must learn to view our reality from this point of view. Using our experiences around us as catalysts for demonstrating the Divinity that we are- by maintaining our awareness of this that we are and interpreting, thus internalizing that which WE choose- LOVINGLY.
The existence of an untrained Mind: Fear of PAST actions/thoughts/situations combined with Anxiety of FUTURE guilt/punishment. The only punishment is not realizing this cycle of egoic confusion/illusion. The process of awakening is consciously training your Mind to become aware of this cyclic pattern of existence, observe your specific unique thought processes, separate your identification from this thinkingness, develop a relationship with that part of yourself that is not thinking but very much alive and aware, learn to perceive from this place- where we are all one.
Pull yourself, Will yourself to the NOW. This one moment for eternity. The process is linked within the eternal present that requires you presence. Presence to your thoughts.
Awaken to the unconditional guiltless, most Loving Now. Feel the Unity that is most present at this eternal moment. Love Fearlessly.

ESSENTIALS

I sit in peace. I call to all of me to be present. I have found myself here with my family - so faraway from all that was familiar to me. Left behind a network of comforts that had grown so easy and supportive. I am worlds apart form what I had ever known. Completely thrusted into an experience anew. Turbulent at times in the beginning, now calming as we have found our pace and our voices. I marvel at how dynamic we can be. We focus on the essentials and have found that they are real. More than enough.
True life supportive: The only elements to life's experience that have lasting fulfillment - Love (thoughts, feelings, actions) Light (energy, emotions, exchanges) Creation (trained mind powers). Nothing else matters. I have dedicated my very existence to these elements. Most of all Gratitude........
My love Carolina, my children: they love so easily. We understand what we are - the real importance of conscious living. Unity we dream, Unity we live.
With all our hearts we thank you. We truly are blessed for those whom provide us this opportunity to explore a world so unique in this day and age. You are in our daily heartfelt thoughts. To our friends and family that support us in so many ways. A million Thank Yous.

Inner space - outer space --> Let our mind's Light explore; your heart shall lead. Surrender worries of uncertainty. Release the doubts that you didn't know existed until you silence your trained thoughts. These, as the many other self-limiting - are not your wanted thoughts as well. Humbly is see - these are how our thoughts may be. Consciously choose your thoughts. Seemingly harmless, but totally powerful thought "forms" that very truly are constantly forming who we are and what we will be. Creative births from magnificent beings. Explore within - manifest outward. This I have come to know. Still myself within me, I have come to recognize how askew our worlds become without the ability to develop this perspective form within. From here I sense a pulling sensation. One that I feel is familiar - nice, easy, inviting, unconditional, non-judging, warm, universal - Loving. What is true for one is true for all. Our gift is freedom. With this freedom comes true power and responsibility to ourselves and others. Our Will is strong. No-thing can take this form us. A gift so beautiful. It stirs within - we wield it's forces daily. Regardless of knowing. It motivates our every directive. Regardless of whom our Will serves or it's outcome- this powerful gift is yours. You are a creator without limits. Only you can limit you. And yet, only if you Will it so. Amazingly beautiful. Always right in front of your mind's eyes. The knowing. But never intruding. Search within for the truth that is in all. From here it is all clear. Feel - this is a feeling like no other. Timeless - radiant - still - swelling - universal - bonding - truly Loving. For whom I must thank for this and for my awareness to it's existence - with all I have - Thank You.

What can just One do? Is not the whole comprised of a cohesive interwoven balance of co-dependence of Ones? One affects all - in all directions, ripples of limitless perceptions. One is all there is - one is all that is needed. A silent wave so true - audibly silent - intuitively felt - universally sensed - intentionally driven. One's affect on All Vs. the All's affect on one. What is all? That which occupies you attentions - influences your thoughts. Thoughts of needs and wants for every "one's" unconscious drive for survival - Live. Given that - then a Happy experience beyond mere survival. Which will it be: the All that consumes you so that you must consume to just feel or the All beyond currency and societies pressures to force- this All is the one I choose.

GRATITUDE
Thank you for the life Light I am. As I sit up high upon steep rocks overlooking the Pacific I would like to express my gratitude for life. From what I have learned about karmic potentiality I stop and wonder how much I presently have. Given that I have so much. I am speaking, not of only finances, but awareness. Aware of my most unique family and the life experiences we share. I am completely fulfilled - my cup overflows. The Love I feel in my heart reaches every soft corner of the universe.
I share this gift silently - but very much heard. The ocean flexes it's muscles as it pounds the shore of rocks and sand. Thank You. An infinite number of Thank Yous. The key is presence - the eternal now that is connected to all that is. Nature knows, and here in my mind I command to be. She senses me as I her. Thank You.
You have made this possible for us - with nothing asked in return. Loving thoughts accepted - all else denied. I offer these simple words I write - filled with my most dear gratitude for having been here in your presence. Your loving guidance is welcome.

WAKE UP

How much unconscious effort we people give to uphold an image that we want others to recognize and share about us - all for the secret need for Love.
Moment to moment we unknowingly scratch and claw to hold onto a reality that we have been sold and constantly asked to buy - so that we can feel Love.
Motivated by outcomes of others' perceptions of us - temporary and hollow judgments you receive - directed towards perfect beings. If we must compare each other (humans) - making a list of similarities and differences: the list of similarities would be enormous - while the list of differences are but a fraction..... Yet we continue to be programed to focus all of our life force attention on this fraction. Continuing to separate all of us from the one truth that everyone can sense in their hearts - unity.
Only you know. Only you can feel this when you silence the programmed thinking of your mind and create new patterns that are created from within. No training needed. You are a Master already. Yes - a Master.
From this point of view - you have the gift / power to see. If only people could see the sacrifice they give in return for the Love that is given freely from birth, but never known. Due to societies and institutions that suck every ounce of your attention away, tell you how to think and how you are not complete and "need" something- and then sell it back to you through a lifetime of work and consumerism.
Everywhere you allow you eyes to rest, everyone, everything is constantly calling for your essence. Marketing tools: combination of lights - sounds - images, designed to snare.
Your "attention" is hunted - but you are not aware. No worse slave than a slave that does not know he is one.......
Because if you are truly honest you can see that your awareness / attention is all they need - you have lost yourself again - in some fantasy of need that they sell.
Turn your Love inward. See, there are no needs. Stay here. Stay here and see - perfection - eternity - unity.

We have the pleasure of witnessing the most colorful dawning of Nastassja's inspiration yesterday. So strong she is. So determined and focused. Trying to guide her abilities without controlling her will.....
She is pure - uncontrollable Power. I saw in her eyes the awakening to herself and the realization of the Power of truth within. To align these Powers - that is my intention. My Will longs for her to remember what she knows- through her experiences and thoughts she will.
But a drop of her attention galvanizes people, friends, family. Amazing! Patiently I wait, not to break her gift of freedom. How she inspires so many with such ease. So graceful. Floating- gently.
Awakening to herself - I saw the alignment of her inner world and the outer. She is always so empowering- we patiently wait for this gift of hers to be consciously experienced and given her full potential. What a creation she is........
Yesterday I witnessed her "letting" me in and she choose her true self - she was inspired to know herself.
How beautiful she is. So glorious - her Light could fill the World- to the stars - at just a wish of hers. Magnificent!
Thank you for having her in this life with us. She inspires me. I can only hope to return her gift.....
I witnessed healing - a miracle - time stopped. For that moment you could feel, without a doubt, two Spirits truly had locked knowing vision of one another- on this plane of form. Realizing their gift and knowing their Glory and realizing their paths.
This is reality. The one true reality we must Know. Amazingly beautiful.

The Sun is on the mountain tops - a multitude of birds sing in the cool morning air - the waves meet the shore with energetic rolling - the locals move about as yet another day begins - the steady chill of the mountain breeze passes as the trees dance with rhythmic gentleness - the fishermen are starting their voyages, slowing heading out to sea - I sit in presence, being still - awake / present in all it's glory.
Life is all encompassing us - simultaneously flowing - without parts - wholeness, as yet another blessed day has been granted. How might I extend my Light in union of this opportunity again - as so many days prior.
Gratefully to appreciate the grandeur of this process - asking for my mind to heal - allow deeper understanding of my part in this dance of life. My will is not my own - and for this I feel at peace. Knowing the truth that surrounds us - waiting for our Light to awaken to the Joy and Glory, that allows us the freedom to choose our own paths.

His Light is strong - I am so at peace with our faith to this process of raising our children. He is inspired and young. He knows his potential to the world and the people he will touch along the way. I know his gifts - and Caro and I nurture his development without limiting his freedom to choose for himself - for him to truly be conscious of his freewill and how to use it's power through the mind.
It is truly beautiful. We so Love him. Such a gentle strength. A leader - complete and Loving, always willing to share this. Genuine / real : we speak to his Spirit and encourage his inspirations. I see his knowing and feel his excitement for life. His Joy is our inspiration and this is our faith. The truth of life. We are grateful to BE. To provide a living example for our children. It is amazing that I still struggle at times with myself. More over, following these passing episodes of unconscious errors of perception and thought, the urge to drag the guilt over myself is so very strong.
I see the pain and confusion my allegiance to ego brings on the faces of so many. The dearest to my heart - my Love Carolina and my babies. Why would anyone will this to be? (I must be strong - vigilant - clear minded). Stop the cycles that have plagued us for so long.
Guilt is the ego's most powerful tool to keep you in the unconscious. As long as your mind/thoughts are draw to past events, your focus/attention/awareness is in the past and you unconsciously fear punishment in the future for these actions. Ego keeps you looking to the past with guilt and fearing the future. (But always avoiding the NOW!) Now is the key and the only eternal truth.
Please I ask: give me the strength to be "right-minded" for the sake of myself - my family - and the Most High whom has set me on this path- who's will I share. I wish to only extend the Love and Joy I know I am. The Light of my mind was made strong - I will teach it to extend only Love - my thoughts must be knowing.
Forgive yourself NOW! Guilt is not real - an illusionall error of poor thought systems made so strong from unconscious practice of a Master. The only power it could posses is that which you give it through your attention. Your attention - Your power.
It was not real and forgiveness is always automatic in this universe. Guiltless you are and guiltless you will always be. Light will only recognize the Love you are and share within. All else is denied- it has never been. An illusion of fear and error not real. Awake from the nightmare and feel the Joy of being present and realizing that it never really was.
To allow guilt is to continue the error - in a repetitive cycle within your mind. Senseless. To repeat the poor occurrences is to honor sickness - please Love yourself first. Heal in the now - always now - presence power.
Feel the weight of guilt lift and the effortlessness of forgiving thought and experience when Love is your focus. Today I will to Love - my thought system is Love / Joy. I am inseparable from this - my will to bring Light into this world and the Lives of others.

What would make a person experience complete fulfillment, lasting contentment?
Freedom from work? Professional accomplishments? Ultimate purchasing power? A continuous sequence of temporary physical pleasure sensations? Respect and admiration of your family and community? The Love and dedication of a beautiful woman or man? The Love of his/her children - complete faith? A moment to breath in your surroundings and appreciate yourself and the opportunity to be here? The stillness of the trees in the early morning light? The clouds squeezing past the mountain tops? The roaring of the waves as they meet the sand? The unwavering support of friends and family to your vision in life - free of societies expectations? The awakening of your spirit?...........
Who or what shapes these hidden motivators within us? The search for happiness always fueling the way. True happiness/Joy is found ONLY within. Even if you accomplish your "goals" outside of yourself- they are temporary until the next external goal hooks your attention in the hopes for complete lasting happiness. Completion or accomplishment of these goals are only felt as happiness within because you give them meaning- from within.
Go to the source of happiness and guide yourself from that inner place.
Gratitude - Live graciously John. For you have been given so much, and asked for so little. Asked to share your gifts. Share your natural abilities to lift others and inspire. Heal in time, until you require time no more. You are eternal - sent to Love with no boundaries - fearlessly!
Be patient with your understanding. Do not rush. Do not push or pull - let it be. This is the key for you. To unlock your gift. Be not concerned with time any longer. Placing yourself on some goal to quickly accomplish and setting your sights on another to conquer. Searching....
The easiness of the present NOW is your solution for freedom. Be present and gracious for what you are. You, represent the Most High. A gift to all. This requires no training - only remembrance of the love you are and the Love you share for all others. This is the path of the awakened. Let your light shine! Extend your light into the world. I willingly practice to be one-minded.
I have noticed how fragmented my attention is at times - most of the time, honestly. So many thoughts. They jump from one subject to another. My perceptions of the surroundings usually leading the way. I am very blessed to come to this realization. Very blessed to be inspired to learn this process - with a deep knowing that it is the key to the eternal mind - eternity of the spirit - true fulfillment here and now- always. We are all Masters. Unconsciously or consciously we are all Masters.
You begin to realize, that your thinking is happening of itself - predetermined. As I consciously observe my perceptions and listen to my reactive thinking I begin to realize how many of my thoughts are not very Loving. It has been proven that the average person has 60,000 thoughts / day. How many of these are truly supportive, happy, worth creating and releasing into this universe?
Everyone is seeking Love- Always give it........ If you perceive others' Love radiating from within- in words, actions and expressions- feel blessed OR if you perceive fear, hate, anger, disrespect, indignation, shame, judgment - feel blessed - by consciously realizing that they are asking for Love in their words, actions and expressions.
Only keep the Love. Do not judge the non-loving ones, but realize that the are unconsciously asking for Love - you must give them Love. (You can not give what you do not have.) In order to give Love, when your typical reaction would be to judge and return fear and hate, you must come to the realization that you have an abundance of Love. You are Love- Unconditional.
Every thought is a birth. Every one a creation by a Master. A creator of worlds and universes - capable of being so real that the creator must believe....
What if we decide to just keep the "good stuff". The true use of denial.... I deny all of my false non-loving creations a home within my mind and my soul, by denying that they were ever real to begin with. They were unconscious creations of fear. Learned during a development period of my soul, with an unconsciously belief of protecting myself. I focus only on truth - my Loving nature.
Inner peace - Loving thoughts always - for all - in ALL situations.
I am. I am present enough to remain here awake to myself as I create. I am one with all - understanding through all - myself as a reflection of everyone in my mind. I am very aware of my conviction to this process.
My salvation is the worlds through all I am realizing - awakening. I ask for complete guidance - my will is yours. My only desire oneness - complete awareness of the peaceful reality of being - so that I may heal and heal all those creations blessed by Divinity - so that we may share the glory of peace and Love.
What else is there? What else, does everyone truly seek? Hidden at the core of all our intentions, ambitions and actions. Love & Joy!

To want something that you already have.
To desire what you already are.
To appreciate what you do not know.
I will understand so that I may appreciate my gift and love all. I place the Light of my mind only on truth. Truth of perfection in all creation. This is true reality. This is the reality we must share.

Being: requires my vigilance to heal my mind - to allow the light of my creative thoughts to only love. That is our only true purpose to expand through extension of our thoughts. The power of our minds!

I have begun to experience a state of peace and serenity that I have never felt or known before this morning. I extend outward in order to achieve and share as a result- learn comfort that is indescribable - no danger - no threat - no guilt. I am not perceiving errors - nor creating misthoughts as well. It is a state of being. Perfect - without parts, without conflict or struggle.

If you think through your heart, you can have true perception- leading to awareness of the love that is all around, in everything. The true knowing of oneness - state of being. Without fear, struggle. Let the power of the mind fly- shine your light - dispel the illusions of darkness - fearful unloving thoughts directed inward and outward to others. Connect your heart to all thoughts to allow only love to shine. Every true perception - every loving thought - every amazing feeling - every beautiful action - Loving. Allow your heart to interpret all. Do not try to classify others actions or correct, merely keep the loving ones and understand all else is a call for help-love.

Carolina and I have commented for some time that we feel / act / live somewhat different than the majority. As if we could "see" what others could not. In the past we discussed it regularly because we were somewhat uncomfortable. We have been told that we are quick to act / impulsive - not comprehensive enough in our decision making processes. We have always listened without judgment, understanding that compared to most - we do appear rash and abrupt at times. For this perception in others we apologize for making others fearful.
Our conclusion remains today, that we would call it (Instinct). We try not to over think things, but to quickly weight the options without letting fear factor in and then move forward boldly, quickly. From our relationship of over 20 years, our past combined educational paths, children and parenting, career moves, business developments and living methods.
We live by a philosophy: That, that a human seeks he will always find - we are masters of everything and anything we put our heart and mind on - consistently, Lovingly. Thinking from our hearts and feeling the right paths for us, no one else. Conscious intention is the key. Your will, the guide.
I have begun to "see" the perfection in others - as there is nothing else! True, your unconscious perceptive skills - basic, weak, poor, judgmental, fearing is trained to observe peoples errors. The ego's attempt to "correct errors", using your perceptions and preconceived thought systems as a backdrop to compare to. People's miscreations - thoughts without love - but fear. No one is safe here. Take a minute to view the world today.
Look closer - look with your heart/mind. Let your most true self - spirit - recognize that same perfection in others- in yourself. Equally in all - especially those you would least likely want to! Everyone's time bound selves fall away in my perceptions as I commune - silently in my mind - but very actively with that perfection in ALL others. Spiritual eyes only see the truth within and without.
Carolina and I have commented for some time that we feel / act / live somewhat different than the majority. As if we could "see" what others could not. In the past we discussed it regularly because we were somewhat uncomfortable. We have been told that we are quick to act / impulsive - not comprehensive enough in our decision making processes. We have always listened without judgment, understanding that compared to most - we do appear rash and abrupt at times. For this perception in others we apologize for making others fearful.
Our conclusion remains today, that we would call it (Instinct). We try not to over think things, but to quickly weight the options without letting fear factor in and then move forward boldly, quickly. From our relationship of over 20 years, our past combined educational paths, children and parenting, career moves, business developments and living methods.
We live by a philosophy: That, that a human seeks he will always find - we are masters of everything and anything we put our heart and mind on - consistently, Lovingly. Thinking from our hearts and feeling the right paths for us, no one else. Conscious intention is the key. Your will, the guide.
I have begun to "see" the perfection in others - as there is nothing else! True, your unconscious perceptive skills - basic, weak, poor, judgmental, fearing is trained to observe peoples errors. The ego's attempt to "correct errors", using your perceptions and preconceived thought systems as a backdrop to compare to. People's miscreations - thoughts without love - but fear. No one is safe here. Take a minute to view the world today.
Look closer - look with your heart/mind. Let your most true self - spirit - recognize that same perfection in others- in yourself. Equally in all - especially those you would least likely want to! I have realized my most sacred inner peace, time an again, as I sit here still within my own awareness. I only exist to dwell here, therefore; to share my joy of our divine creation. To be happy with our completeness- our gift. Right-minded / self-centered. Easy, still, no wanting, willing to share all, giving.
Stages I must assume-- healing I sense is happening to me. As if I had been lost, homesick, now - only focused on return. Return to truth -- and I know that I have arrived here. A deep breath with a most comfortable exhale. As if the final piece to the puzzle has fit. So clear.....
Stages -- I flicker back and forth, between dream/mind activity and stillness/centered oneness. How "I" can sit here and observe this consciously now. Exciting.....
My family has always been the dream/reality I fall asleep to. How much nicer to know you are dreaming -- to realize the power to decide to awake to truth and experience your inspirations consciously - knowingly.
Your active mind will learn to be still -- it is yours, this tool of creativity. It is a gift if mastered. An untrained mind is a dangerous thing- useless at best. Best to practice within those areas you most fall asleep to, as they captivate your attention and call you back for more. Possibly the most difficult times to demand conscious control over your mind is there. How the mind loves to create and how quick we fall asleep under it's most powerful spell. We are creators as well - of course - we create world's so real and true to ourselves even if we are unconscious to the process.
Stages -- To have full awareness, centered - right-mindedness throughout your day. Create your day. I have asked to be healed within my mind- anything that a person wills to realize will be so. Heal I have - realized the separation and creation of ego-mindedness. I fight no thing - nothing. There is no need - spiritual vision only sees truth. We have consciously or unconsciously chosen our paths -- our freewill guides us -- this is clear. Nothing more powerful than Man's freewill.

If I had to guess why more people don't / won't undertake their (Mind) as their main priority - it would be the tremendous amount of overall energy- life energy it requires.
Is inner peace worth the effort? I asked several people, over a course of time, this question: If they could choose either #1) One billion dollars $ OR #2) Inner peace / wisdom? What would they choose?
100% of them stated #2. If this is true, why do so few take any steps in this direction? Is it because people are unsure of the process of this dedication or not inspired enough by the "payoff". What do we "get" from inner peace? With the fragmented society we live - advertisements constantly attempting to grab our attention - our life force awareness, to sell us a dream of happiness? It is easier to see what the payoff of one billion dollars will bring - right? Happiness? A ton of material things - freedom of choice, to travel, experience the "fine" things of life? Is there any true substance there?
"To get" "To want" ?
Truth is, the only value any of those things have - is the value we give them in our minds. They are worth something because we think so. But are these thoughts ours? Or have we been sold these thoughts to become consumers, part of a system that asks for your time, energy, dreams, in exchange for things! Things that you think will make you happy.....
This is where fear comes into play- when you think that happiness is outside of you - to purchase or to own something outside of you to bring happiness to your heart. You unconsciously are in fear of losing it or not getting enough to sustain your happiness.
True everlasting happiness is found only within. Everything else is temporary pleasure experience - icing on the cake. You are the cake.

My inspiration grows in anticipation of our "Space Of Love", we create our space for now through conversations, drawings, thoughts. We become more detailed - although extremely patient. We are learning to live together daily - all together - all the time. This is a very new experience for us all. Beautiful. Healing. From a very young age I have sensed/felt my destiny to create a family unity - loving children. To see it realizing and have the experience of total contact is a dream. Thank you. I am grateful. They are angels. I only have today - this perpetual now. I am present - in awareness and my attention is under my control. My babies are pure joy. Everyday feels an eternity - we all grow so much. Appreciating the life we share. This is our destiny. Creating our art - we call life. Each encouraged to be awake, enthusiastic and inspired. They are my inspiration. What will be theirs? They are loving, kind, thoughtful, flexible, strong willed - pure life unrolling. Undomesticated, unrefined, raw - real - human. They respect all life- caring, compassionate, supportive. COME TOGHETHER WITHIN YOURSELF
We are not the only ones...
Now is the time. Time to extend/project will all our might. The Light we are. Love one another. Knowing our completeness - sharing in the love we were created. Without needs, without distortions. Unite! The time is at hand. The number / quantity is of no importance. It only takes one. One to live the true example of what we are. Pure love. Love one another - unconditionally. True perceptions - true thoughts - true feelings - true actions - Lovingly.
The world sits quietly as we go on. Filled with destruction, uncaring, lusting, desires, shallow in our taught false needs - for what? We already have it all within. Completely given everything at birth.
Dedicate what you are willing - for that is all you are asked. Without requirements or expectations - unlike our society that demands and pressures of us until we fade away.
The reward is our future. Love. What do we leave our children? How do we prepare them? Please I ask of you, see with inner eyes their innocence. Any parent can see this -- so natural and pure. You do make a difference and you are worth the effort. Work on yourself to see your perfection- the perfection that is always there and can never be lost. Given freely to you....Allow your children to live this experience with you. Let the stars hear your heart sing.
You are that special. You are a creation of Love. Capable of feeling. Everyone feels. Feelings are your guide - from the heart. Stop and listen. Make a commitment. Love. That is all there is. Love yourself, Love your children, Love your brothers in this world - unconditionally - you must wake up to yourself. Stop listening to the system that will always try to tell you what you are not and what you should "want" to become, and to "get a life".
I laugh- "get a life" - You are pure life - from birth. Never guilty of anything! You were not created to consume. But to Love. Nothing More. How simple. The time is NOW.
Simply: In your thoughts- always now.
Whom this message reaches in their hearts - thank you for being here with me- always we connect in the Now. When our thoughts are present we are together. We are not alone. This a feeling within my heart. Thank you.

Now is the time. Time to extend/project will all our might. The Light we are. Love one another. Knowing our completeness - sharing in the love we were created. Without needs, without distortions. The world sits quietly as we go on. Filled with destruction, uncaring, lusting, desires, shallow in our taught false needs - for what? We already have it all within. Completely given everything at birth.
Dedicate what you are willing - for that is all you are asked. Without requirements or expectations - unlike our society that demands and pressures of us until we fade away.
The reward is our future. Love. What do we leave our children? How do we prepare them? Please I ask of you, see with inner eyes their innocence. Any parent can see this -- so natural and pure. You do make a difference and you are worth the effort. Work on yourself to see your perfection- the perfection that is always there and can never be lost. Given freely to you....Allow your children to live this experience with you. Let the stars hear your heart sing.
You are that special. You are a creation of Love. Capable of feeling. Everyone feels. Feelings are your guide - from the heart. Stop and listen. Make a commitment. Love. That is all there is. OUR BABIES
The children are happy! They express this many ways to Caro & I (this is most important to us). If you want to raise happy children you must lead by example and "be" happy within their presence- truly. Children are very bright -(All)- and they see truth easily. Be sure not to beat this out of them.
Mostly we spend out free time from within ourselves (consciously) observing and interacting with them. There are many "never dull" moments. A lot of energy. We observe and direct their natural impulses - encouraging their awareness to their behaviors and teaching them to "link" the actions to prior thoughts that lead them there.
We stress independence with this and responsibility for their life at the many stages of understanding dependent upon their ages. We try to see them and our process not a series of "slices" in time, but a fluid holistic unrolling of a larger universal process that we play a major part in.
They are developing beautifully - Thank You! I am very grateful for their attention. In return we demonstrate respect for their inspirations. They teach us much. Pure joy, laughter -- natural raw light energy.
Unchanged by societies needs or expectations. They learn to learn. To have inner body awareness to listen and follow their inspirations -- to create and LOVE. We learn daily from them. They appreciate our strength in allowing our family to live naturally and whole. Not sure of specific directions -- typical paths, but "feeling" what is true and right for us as a unit and individually as inspirations and intentions guide and direct our lives. Dedicated completely to life with respect for our time here and what it means to the whole- world and stars.

AWAKENING- HEALING OF THE MIND
We attended a beautiful BBQ yesterday at a new friend's (Fernando's) house. He lives on a 1/2 Hectar of land in the mountains, about 30 minutes outside of Santiago. Upon arriving we where pleased to discover his "mini-zoo" on the property. This zoo consisted of: multiple varieties of exotic birds - ostriches, pee-cocks, five species of ducks, deer, rams, fish.... you get the picture. His has a passion for his animals and spends considerable time loving them. You could see this from the animal's comfort level with him and his expressions while engaged.
Personally, I found myself throughout the day -- walking alone and sharing my light with the animals and sitting in my inner peace among the beautiful surroundings. The weather was perfect - the views were mesmerizing - the company was extremely hospitable (common in Chile) - very Positive Vibs.
We were very happy to find that he also has four children. Andrea 24 her sister 19, Fernando jr. 16 and John-Paul 11. They all spoke English and immediately extended themselves to our babies--> the younger ones played non-stop from soccer to the pool to indoor games. So much so, that as I am writing this - Nastassja just commented on how sore she is from yesterday's events! LOL. We were at his house all day. A very large BBQ that went late into the evening hours.

The eldest daughter Andrea is attending Physical Therapy school here in Chile. She is preparing to complete her program within the year. Obviously we had things in common. We briefly spoke upon arrival about our career paths and shared stories / experiences from our own perspectives.
My initial impressions were very positive. She was tall, beautiful, intelligent, well spoken, confident, attentive to her mother and father and little bros/sis, she was bright eyed and apparently very happy and well rounded. She lived in a beautiful home with nothing to spare materially.
Towards the end of the afternoon I approached her to offer my connections in MIA for future school clinical opportunities or employment - fishing for her interests after graduation. She was very interested in the possibilities.
The conversation led into philosophies of treatment - confidence of a new grad - areas of interest (patient population / clinical settings) - when she unexpectedly commented on why she had chosen this particular career path......
She stated she was, in general, very shy and unhappy. Her thoughts have always molested her in some way or form her entire life and she figured that a career in physical therapy and then possibly a double major of psychology would help her learn how to heal herself.....
My mind was still - reactionless. I looked into her eyes and noticed her intensity and longing for relief - as well as her desperation reaching out to a stranger. A stranger due to her illusion of separations. Although she was sitting on the edge of her seat and locking gaze with mine. The table we were at - was full of conversations with approx. 12 other people. And at that very moment the entire world seemed to stop. All the noises of people talking and socializing drifted away and we were left.... We sat quietly for a moment - her wondering how I was going to react and what I might perceive of her and comment back- and I seeing the magnificence of an "Awakening" opportunity.
Humbly - I began to explain that her source of pain, fear, and suffering were products of her erroneous thought patterns. That her mind - the only creative source we possess - was miscreating. The truth is - that everything your mind creates --- you belief! Love or Fear. Happiness or Sadness. Completeness or Incompleteness. She went on to describe herself-- shy, weak, sad, not good enough, always feeling less than, tortured by her own thoughts of inadequacy.
Amazing- to be sitting across from her - anyone would see the complete opposite. Although this was not her experience. Like all of us - we "experience" our thoughts.We are NOT our thoughts - they work for us. We are addicted to thinking- although we are not aware that we are doing it constantly. Unattended - unaware.
The only missing element is consciousness to our mind's creative potential. Our minds become programmed throughout development - every so silently - bit by bit - perception by perception. Without someone "paying attention" to the process-- the potential for illusions of fear and non-perfection creep in and poison your thoughts and eventually your experiences.
My instincts were that there must be a "reason" for this moment between us. Our lives had lead us to this very moment. I am "right-minded" and humbly a messenger for healing. Mind correction. The cure was "total thought reversal". I could explain the concept and the process- but it was made clear that her willingness to the process was of her own. Total commitment to her healing herself. She would need to wake-up to her thoughts, and be impeccable.
We would need to use her "feelings" of pain and negativity to wake up to the NOW of her thinking and apply a complete reversal of her patterns of thought. One by one making new agreements with her untrained mind to only have thoughts that support her - loving.
Every time she feels negative in any way- it would be a blessing from this moment on -- a catalyst that would trigger "thought reversal". She then stated "that sounds very difficult to be aware of all of my thoughts". Any thing worth having is worth working for - inner peace is the ultimate of human goals. Regardless if you consciously recognize this or not. The words that she was choosing, as this comment above, were sirens in my head - she needed to learn to be impeccable with her words of magic. She needed to hear herself inside and out. Total commitment to positive loving thoughts and words.
We have all learned to speak in negatives. It's almost sad that we are "not allowed" to speak positively of ourselves for fear that society will think we are "better than" someone else. Conceded. We must realize that for someone else to have all - it does NOT mean that you are incapable of having it all as well. We were all created equally - divine perfection from birth.
The truth is - we are that magnificent. We are perfect. Creatures of perfection - made in the like image of The Most High. Like image, not in appears. Really - very shallow to think that The Most High "looks" like a human. Rather- the like image, because The Most High's universal power is that of CREATION. We have been endowed with the same creative powers -- OUR MIND.
She had been miscreating - errors of thought - about her very self. I saw only her perfection - her inner light. Mine extending to hers. The entire universe witnessed the awakening process. I was not talking to her shell / body / combination of persona - created by the ego. Her ego doing it's best to defend her from herself - her own mind's miscreations. I only saw perfection - her inner light that we all share. I saw her and she saw mine.
We talked for hours. Slowly she began to see the light. Her facial expressions softened. Her eyes brightened. She was awakening to herself - perfection.
I explained that all of these years of "suffering" were there to stimulate the awakening. We all have the ability to handle pain - everyone at different levels. But this is true as well - we all have our own individual limits. That breaking point where we: "look for a better way". This is a true blessing. The pressure of suffering - creates a diamond. Total thought reversal - now she understood that every "negative" thought would be used to awaken to her perfection. To her completeness and joy of life. She was smiling. She was excited. She was consciously alive. Her mind - healed. Corrected.
Your mind is the only creative force you possess. Perfectly creating - as evidence in your complete "belief" in that which you create. This is obvious while observing people fight to the death to defend their "point of views / positions" thought creations - belief systems.....Thoughts lead to beliefs that lead to actions. Create only Love. Know that thoughts arise from only two places. Love or Fear. What will it be? Your experience of life will determine your choices. Your actions - witness for all to see. Wake up to your life. Wake up to your divine creative potential - you MIND.
I experienced the lifting of her "pain body" last night. I am truly humbled by that. Life is amazing. I am so grateful for being part of healing the world. As small or large I can play a part in that process - I am blessed.

Inner peace. Stillness of every cell. Silence of the mind. State of "Being". Active stillness. Complete, without wanting, without fantasizing. Warm, easy, timeless.
Centered in your most true self. Created from this source, living example. All fears fall away. All distortions of incompleteness dissolve.
To hold this in your heart and mind's eye would be a gift / blessing. To experience all of life from this one true perspective.
That is my only purpose. My only focus. I am humbly grateful, for this gift shall be realized. I feel the vibrations of all time calling. Welcoming my efforts, dedication, conviction. I am most definitely not alone.

Gentle, subtle, invisible to your untrained eyes. Living IN the moment. Feeling alive and aware of all the magnificence that surrounds me. Here in the park - early. Alone. My heart swells. If I am not still - I second guess it -- the sensation passes to a thought of the experience - not the experience. I'm learning this. Using up your life slowly -- gently. Feeling it in your every fiber.
Innocent our soul. Always witnessing - never judging, never demanding attention. Perfect / loving. Welcome to the game. Allowing this dimension of you to drive. To become an active participant in your daily experiences. From this perspective you are never "going through the motions".
Your soul is always fresh -- regenerating -- animating. Until it's will is done here - then transforming. Energy can never be destroyed, only converted / transmutated. Be aware of your energy source. Pure power, yet gentle enough to patiently await your awakening to it - yourself. Lifetimes it may take - or a split second.
The proof your intellect seeks (objectively) will never be found -- it only requiring you to find the time to quiet your patterned thoughts and commune within yourself -- In-Joy yourself (subjectively) -- Knowing. Find your strength here. Your only true source.
Immortal, invincible, perfect stillness, all knowing, pure joy, complete.
What your eyes can not see. What is your belief -- Does it exist? The wind, wave forms (micro,radio)... Dimensions beyond our physical / biological potential - for now. Exist they do. Everyone has appreciated a sunset, cloud formations, a clear blue sky, flower.... it is the unseen essence.
The connection we share and only forgot. You are nature. Don't let your instinct lay dormant. Don't let the four walls that you (function / live) within - dull your true nature. Your inner eyes. See what you can not.
Find time to enjoy (no-thing / nothing) It is waiting for you. Patient, unpressing, unaffected by the drama, emotions--- temporary illusions.

Where does the conviction arise? The inspiration to do "this" work I find myself involved in - I ask? What the majority might consider, for nothing in return.... Nothing worthy in return. The world we've been domesticated to perceive and function within ---> our attention trained down to the systems needs.... Be clear - the system is not a problem, I have no fight to fight with the system. There is only perfection and due to it's (the system's) existence -- it must exist for a purpose greater than the untrained eye may witness. The untrained eye falls asleep within the dream and feeds the system --> from another perspective.... It serves as a background / training field that temporarily covers your eyes with a veil of illusion. Feeding you a false sense of incompleteness and then selling you a way out. To see that which we have not been trained to see. These illusions / dreams of form ---> point the way - constantly at every turn - every decision -- to the awakening of the truth of what you are... Perfection. Perfection by birth - Divinity. Your cup is full. You lack nothing - no needs for completion. No race to win. Nothing to buy. No one to get ahead of. That was sold to you. Asking you to trade your life's essence for "things" you think you need in order to feel happy.....
To awaken to our true perfection - the most perfect of creations... A privilege to forgive ourselves - to realize our completeness, our inner light we all share. To forgive our errors in perceptions - heal. To give a gift- a miracle (right-mindedness) to others, by coming to a place within and allowing this gift of forgiveness, for all of us to share. True perception within and extending outward to ALL- with no exceptions (person,place,situation). We are all created equally. Jesus stated "Some receive no information, some receive a little, and some receive a lot". Awaken to your privilege of "Right-Mindedness".
See past, within yourself and others, the temporary error of the ego, persona --> to the Light / Energy that makes you be. The pure essence that animates this biological machine. Do not be fooled, that the attractions to one another stem from this unconscious knowing. We seek Unity--> most obvious with the combining of two forms - people/bodies - easy to see- experience the intensity. For what we truly seek is the communion of our unconditional / unspeakable Love. To feel complete and fulfilled. Without lack. Safe - satisfied. Creatures of Love
Know that what Man truly seeks in his/her heart will always be found - the level of conviction will determine the rate / quality. Thoughts of abundance / not lack will guide us. Do not seek outside yourself that which you possess in vast amounts within - from birth... "Your cup is already full". Awaken to our perfection.

How long before our awareness to the Karmic debt we create - minute to minute - feeding the ego's false/ erroneous (needs/desires) in an attempt to feel complete? False perceptions of reality from within and projecting / extending out. Out to others. "Treat your neighbor as you would treat yourself". This includes your percieved "enemies" as well.
How many does it take to change the course / direction of this madness? "Only you can free you mind" B. Marley What goal greater than total contentment - to share in the perfection of yourself and all - created equally.

How do we experience the world, our life day to day?
Our senses --> the five basic senses? Touch, smell, hear, taste, seeing -- all biological machinery? Where is this information processed -- cerebral? Mechanical.
Where is the interpretation of this massive amounts of information leading us --- our experiences? Ultimately we create the experiences we experience.
Unconsciously or Consciously?
"A mind untrained can accomplish nothing" are we in control of our experiences or a victim of external factors / circumstances? our ability to (Perceive)- with these collective senses is te cutting edge of our overall quality of experiences.
Stopping long enough to become aware of this process throughout the day is key. Looking back over a lifetime (The Angel of Death) will remind you--> What else do we truly have other than a collection of experiences. Our experiences? Can ou claim these experiences, would you want to?
It would be a blessing to have ultimate control of or experiences. Life is NOW. The ability to be aware of the moment- the cutting edge of any experience is a key! Every moment - - no matter how "small" (ex. waiting in line of a store, traffic time) or "large" (giving birth) - our ability to be PRESENT and the Master of our "True Perceptions" is the key.
Always surrendering to the moment - Accepting the information our senses perceive without positions, point of views, judgments --- "True Perception" - clean, clear, Loving--> wrapped completely in Humility. Humility to the perfection of all there is. Accepting your gift of Free Will. To chose the most high perspective. Your true nature realized in everyone and every situation without duality -(good/bad right/wrong). That is your gift - the Light of Man.
Transform your world within - transform the world!
Realize in you --> Look within first and decide what you want to see --> Projection is your perception. Realize that what you are --> a creature of worlds. The world that you mentally create.
The question is: consciously or unconsciously? This is the call to Man!
True perception "if the doors of perception were cleansed - the world would roll at your feet with ecstasy" Emmerson.
Train your mind to be silent -- Love is all there is. Free of (good/bad) (right/wrong) petty mental positions to serve your ego's needs - temporary desires to fill a void that is impossible to have as Man. Desires, all, with one fundamental goal of happiness.
Societies cruel joke. Teach happiness is possible outside you! Constant search for "completeness" Joy - living with a quiet undercurrent of constant fear it will / can be taken away from you at any moment. You seek what you already were born with- you seek in material / in other - physically. Your threatened - unconsciously .
Let it be known you are COMPLETE - PERFECT at birth and you must awaken to your given power -- for happiness / Love is all you are. Nothing ourside of yourself can substitute this.
Look within - know that everything you perceive is a Projection from within. The work you see - you created! You have only yourself to thank or blame. your state of mind is crucial.
Your ego's desires / goals -- will twist / distort any all perceptions to fill it's error in your lack. State of mind of lack. If the mind / thoughts are present whom within you is experiencing them? Are you in control of your experiences or sitting on the sidelines unconsciously - complaining? Wake Up!
Awaken to our blessing - the gift of True Perception. Like no other creature - blessed with Free Will to chose. Free Will is not possible as long as you do not come to realize external factors do NOT create your experiences --> only your self projected perceptions of them.
"The meek shall inherit the earth" Be humble - live in a state of grace. Grateful for the Light you posses and share with your brother. Pay no attention to your errors of habitual thinking / judgments --> other than to use them as blessings to guide you into corrected perceptions of all and any situations. They keep you awakened -- See the Light within all (Friends, family, "enemies", strangers, circumstances). Do Not see their "Shell" of distortions & perceive the perfection!
For that is all that exists. Know: That what is within you is all that you see outside of yourself.
Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.

"We Create Happiness Everyday Always" J&C
Life grows exponentially / daily. i feel I have come to realize within myself a lifetime from yesterday. our dedication to our path is allowing transformation / self-realization. How beautiful it is. Gift of happiness to the world. See our Light. Joy of Being. Surrendering all positionality - complete devotion to the Will and presence of The Most High. I ask what else is there? What ambition / goal more pure-greater?
To come to a peace within - to sense teh most natural state of what you are. The many worlds of form we humans have created. Masters of creation. Constantly creating within the illusionary world of form - and most definately losing "yourself" within your very creations - dreaming to your creations - creations of joy or sorrow? Layer upon layer.
How to find your way back to yor source of eternity? Your most true self - Light / Love / Power.
In the most basic sense of the word - "Happiness" is everyone's goal.
Why do we purse anything? Why get the day started? Responsibility? Obligations? Excitement? Duty? Inspiration?
As children, observing children we can come to realize --> the most basic / pure motivation - Happiness! That I have realized is my gift to all i come in contact or those I am perceiving.....
The Light of Joy / Love - light hearted. ow to maintain this vision? The Most High's wish of me? Surrender all judgments, assumptions, EGO, positionality -- allow my Light - Light of Man to shine as a mirror to all.
The best of Humans - Humility. Recognizing the best in all you perceive in all situations - with NO exceptions. Humility - in my perceptions of their temporary error of form identifications and lower thoughts - seeing the presence of The Most High in all his creations - most of all Man!
The gift of intentionality - placing ones "Attention" in the unmanifest - from which we all come and return. The movement within is as real to me as any material you may think you possess -->
As the only meaning anything has on this beautiful planet, is that which Man gives it. For without your Light of attention, willing it so ----> Nothing has importance. How gifted/ blessed we are!

This path between two worlds -- multiple deminsions - simultaneously occuring. My physicalness - perceived - ongoing - must be present to bless the ongoing awakening to the truth. Only Love exists. My paragdims of "behavior / expression - physical" my use of my mind as "wit", appears to be what the world of form craves. How to balance the changes within? // while maintaining others comfort with what they are accustomed to seeing / perceiving in "John ?!?" Possibly this is a temporary need to pull all of me within - to continue to train my mind.
I spoke to my children about the spiritual path's of subjectivity. I asked The Most High to void me from the illusions - to become aligned -- my will and God's will as one. In the process - I realize today that I am still many "things" to many people. Expectations exist - large --> small --> moment to moment, situation to situation, perception to perception.
This is not a path of the faint hearted. I wish that everyone could see "ME". Truly see my heart sing in silence. I see the world of form and it (without judgment nor malice) is dead to me -- it does not serve my will nor that of The Most High. Illusions - in place - allowing / calling for his Sons and Daughters to wake from the dream.
The ever changing struggle of forms and all it has to offer --> illusions. My heart rips open and a sensation of rushing / pouring is nearly unbearable. In this state I know that one truth- we are gifted / blessed creature of Pure Love, with limitless unbounded choices to create (mental/physical) every moment.
How subtle, yet how powerful our mind's creative potential. My path is chosen. To have experienced the love - unconditional love - of The Most High's consciousness - is worth lifetimes! All my life has lead me here - to this moment. My personality traits must be to serve the destiny I share with all Man.
The subjective path of inner awareness / awakening - offers only questions -- craving answers from the very source the questions arise.
Your beautifully creative mind! Please be patient with me. My will is not my own. Love is my message. Love is all there is.
